We are an independent family business which was established in Butley, Prestbury near Macclesfield, in 1920 by Sidney Jackson. Whilst we initially sold tractors to the local farming community and offered garage repairs, in 1955, we were appointed a Ford Retail Dealership. The family ownership continued with his son, Jimmy, taking over until he passed in 2014 and now is headed by Sidney’s grandson Tim.
We have reputation for outstanding customer service and choice. We offer authorised Ford Services as well as servicing all other makes of vehicle.
With over 105 years in the motor trade and 50 of those years as a Ford associates, we have the experience and expertise to deliver the very best servicing, repairs and parts.
We now offer a large range of service to our customers. We sell, and buy, quality used cars in all makes and models. In continuation of our reputation for putting the customer first, we make sure that all the cars we sell come with 12 months MOT, 6 months warranty and the peace of mind knowing that our own technicians have checked the car over.
We offer servicing on all cars including EV’s. Keeping abreast of latest technology, our technicians are trained to be up to date with all the latest industry standards and developments. We strongly recommend that your cars are serviced regularly to maintain both their safety and value.
We also have a tyre department which provides a comprehensive service of replacing, fitting or repairing quality tyres using the main brands. We also offer tracking, valve replacements and fitting winter tyres.
Parts are also available from us. We can buy any parts that you need and have them ready for your collection – often on the same day.
